Life has been both full and difficult, beautiful and refining lately. Recent upheaval in our life circumstances, one daughter graduating and another getting engaged had me sitting down in the middle of my home office, surrounded by photos and mementos from early family life. Searching through the pile, I found a journal I kept when the kids were little...one where I taped their handwritten love notes, early stick figure artwork and funny quotes they said at the dinner table here and there. This is one of our favorite collections because it tells such a sweet story of how our kids grew up, what mattered to them at the time of writing. I couldn't help but think -- how do I help other families capture these simple moments? And how could I help them cultivate these kinds of memories to begin with? Thus began the development of 'Time and Treasure.'
Our family-run business is here to create and provide products that celebrate and support other families. Sourced by the joys and challenges of our own story, we hope to help you find simple ways to connect with and celebrate each other, encourage gratitude, and create moments your people will never forget.
I started out in the field of education, teacher training and early literacy, then spent years as a pastor to children and families. My heart is to continue to help create environments that build people up, whether in the home, school, community or church. Many of the products you will see featured on our website were created to meet the expressed needs of children and families I have worked with for years...products to enrich your TIME and TREASURE. I'm always open to new ideas, and customizing things to meet your unique needs.
